❋
How we do one thing is how we do everything.
When we change one thing we change everything.
What to expect
-
Be yourself, release the drive, have some water. How’s your day? What’s changing in your life? What’s on your mind? What’s in your body? We’ll do an intake and assess where you you are in your thoughts, feelings, body sensations. What can I do for you? What do you need?
-
I’ll be listening and reflecting where you’re at to make sure I’m attuned to your needs. My role is to help you help me support your intention for our work. We may check in with your inner sensations, bodily symptoms, or do some movement. We may follow a dream fragment. We’ll keep open to discovering patterns, habits or blindspots that show up around what you feel you need. Your body already knows what you need. We’ll be doing our best to listen, and to invite your body to tell us.
-
When you feel centered with your intention for our work together, I’ll set my attunement to bring in Heaven, Earth, as well as other Elementals and Dimensions as needed. I’ll speak an invocation honoring your needs, your helpers, and your intention and open space for the highest good for all concerned.
-
If we’re together, you’ll move to the session table. If we’re working remotely, you’ll get comfortable on a bed or other flat surface. You may invite your mind to take a vacation for a while. Deepen into your inner awareness. Notice what you notice. Maybe you’ll fall asleep.
-
I’ll often speak to your body and auric field as I work. Sometime there’s a dialog as the body responds. Other times I’ll work in silence. I take my cues from what you and your body needs. I may ask you for feedback. When you check in with your inner awareness to see what you’re noticing, you’re opening new communication that can build your own resilience.
-
When the session comes to a close, I’ll ask you if there’s any thing more you need to feel complete. You may want a final spinal stretch, or some diagonal compression, or your big toes held. Depending on how the session unfolded, we may work on finding an “anchor”, a way you can call in the memory and sensory experience of a breakthrough you experienced during our time together.
-
We’ll assess your “before & after” and note what’s moved or changed. Perhaps I’ll recommend some homework. We’ll determine next steps and our communication plan. It’s always recommended that you do as little as possible for the rest of the day if possible, or for 2 hours if you can, or at least try to drive slowly and observantly on your drive to where you need to go next.
